The Royality Guarantee: We guarantee our animals to arrive live*, 100% healthy, and as 
     advertised on our website.(weight,sex,animal ID) All animals available on our website have been 
     feeding and are produced by us unless otherwise noted. If in the unfortunate event of a DOA 
     (dead on arrival) we will replace the animal with one of the same sex and morph if we have such
     an animal available or another animal available of equal value. Under the circumstance that we 
     cannot replace the animal we will issue you credit equal to the initial purchase to be spent at 
     any time with us. Upon the event of a DOA we need to be contacted within 24 hours and must be 
     presented with photo evidence of the deceased animal.

  Shipping: We ship our animals UPS Overnight (live arrival guaranteed*) Shipping is usually
     $30-$50. Most orders closer to me will obviously ship for less, to get a shipping quote
     please contact me. I ship monday through thursday and shipping dates will be discussed upon 
     ordering. NOTE: as of right now we only ship within the continental US.


  Reserving an Animal: All animals that are available can be put on hold for 72 hours prior
     to any payment being received. Any reservation lasting longer than 72 hours will require a deposit 
     and arrangements on a payment plan must be made with us. If a reserved animal hasn't had a deposit
     put down on it within the allotted 72 hours it will be put back up for sale. If any payments on a 
     payment plan are unable to be made, or will be late, we must be notified ASAP on the condition.
     We hold the right to put any animals reserved via payment plan or deposit back up for sale if 
     payments are not made on time. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and all deposits and
     payments made will be issued in the form of credit on another available animal(s) if the payment
     plan is forfeited.

   Payment: We accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. All payments must clear before
     your order ships.

   *Live Arrival Guarantee: Our live arrival is only guaranteed if the customer allows us
     to ship the animal with delivery confirmation(signature required). If no one is home to sign 
     for the delivery UPS will keep the package on the truck for delivery the following day. You must
     sign for the package the first time UPS tries to deliver for your live arrival guarantee to be
     valid. If a customer chooses not to take advantage of delivery confirmation (signature required)
     UPS will then leave the package outside of your house.
